I designed an interactive quiz feature for a law firm to help users understand if they might need legal support after buying a faulty car.
The quiz walks them through a few simple questions and provides clarity on whether they could be eligible for a replacement, refund, or compensation - making what’s typically a complex legal process feel approachable and easy to navigate.

How can a simple quiz make a law firm’s website more engaging and user-friendly?
Adding a quiz helps engage users interactively, breaking up dense legal content and making the site feel more approachable.
Quizzes provide personalized value - users feel understood and supported, not overwhelmed by legal jargon.
